Since our farm business is organized under a PMA or Private Membership Association, there are two little requirements of you, our customers.

1) We need a signed form that you consent to join the PMA, which is easily done via a digital form here:

https://waivermaster.com/sign.html?q=DQDYDQ856DB5B

Alternatively, you can stop by  the farm store and fill it out there or ask any questions you may have of staff.

2) We are also required to charge a fee for your membership in the PMA. We are charging the minimum fee of $5 which is good forever.

On the last page of the waiver, you can give us permission to charge that fee to your payment card on record with your online account.

You can also pay with cash in the farm store if you prefer.

Shopping and Farm box memberships will start once that form is signed, and the membership fee is paid.

As our thanks for your patience with this extra paperwork, we’re giving you a $5 credit on your next order as we appreciate you being part of the farm family!

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
