Now, a few FAQ’s about yoru experience with us!

A few Tips to make your picking experience pleasant!

Three options for picking and hauling your loot home

User Our Baskets

Use our baskets

White baskets are $17 each and you can gently heap them (no falling-off berries)

It’s ideal for kids and an easy-picking experience if you are looking for just a few berries.

Pick into our flats

Pick into our flats

Use our cardboard flats which hold 12 – 15# of berries heaped up. Berries are $5.45/lb in our flats.

Our flats are great, but if there is a chance of rain they do not hold up super well.5

Use your containers

Bring baskets, trays, buckets, and more. We discourage plastic bags as they tend to squish the berries. Make sure to have us tare them before you pick! Berries are 5.45/lb when you bring your own containers.

A few rules to keep every safe during U-Pick!

FAQ for Visiting the Farm and Having a Great Experience!

Can I bring a stroller to the farm?

Yes, we welcome kids and strollers, the farm is mostly flat and the fields are only at max 150 yards from the parking lot.

How many people can come for 1 ticket?

We allow as many as you can fit in your car. The tickets are more to space out as we have limited parking.

Do you have a bathroom?

We bring in a porty-potty for strawberry season. It is kept clean and stocked with paper towels, etc.

What Payment methods do you take?

We prefer Cash, but take Paypal, Venmo, Apple pay, Debit and Credit, (including Amex). We do not have a ATM on site.

What is the Farm On Central PMA?

To serve you the best that we can and offer a wide range of natural, organically produced options, the farm operates as a Private Membership Association. That means you join our private membership (kinda like a golf course, private fishing lake, or even Costco) through filling out our membership application and paying a $5 lifetime membership fee. All new customers get $5 off their first visit here as the farm. As a private membership, we are not inspected by the FDA, the ODA, or other government bureaucrats.

Kilpatrick Fam

We want to grow your food.

We’re the Kilpatrick family, and we love growing nutrient dense, safe food food for you and your family. It’s important to us that we eat what we grow, so that means we grow our food without harmful pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.

To make sure our strawberries, and the wide variety of other crops we grow, (from mushrooms, to zucchini, to transplants for your garden) are as good as they can be, we use compost, encourage beneficial insects, bees, and earthworm habitat, and work with nature to produce the best food possible!
