Short on time? Intimidated by the process of making sourdough and how you can make it fit into your life? Join Savannah in her kitchen, and get a crash course in making a loaf of sourdough that’s repeatable and simple.
Our Sourdough basics course is designed for beginners who want to improve their skills and get a solid foundation in the art of sourdough. In this in-person class, you will learn how to make a loaf of sourdough, maintain your starter, and take a chunk of my starter home with you.
We’ll cover several recipes: A standard sourdough loaf, discard sourdough crackers, and a sweet easy-to-make treat.
This course will be taught at the farm in a small group (8 students) in our new teaching kitchen (if possible). The class will run for 2 hours.
